I am so thrilled that you have signed up for my workshop and I look forward to creating with you, not only a beautiful piece of artwork but creating a space where you can start thinking in a different way about how you live your life and what sort of unconscious thoughts play on your mind.
Before We Start.....
Please give yourself at least 24 hours before our class starts to prepare and dry your background ready for us to paint in class.

If you have ever painted before you will probably find most of the items required for this class in your art stash, below you will find a supply list. Please do not be worried about getting exactly what I have suggested this class is about enjoying the experience please substitute colours and supplies with what you have on hand.

2020 has hand-delivered an overwhelming list of challenges, both big & small in size, & many beautiful people that I speak to, feel as though they have been swallowed up by the year we all paused.
Drawing from the beauty of Picasso's distorted faces we will embark on a journey of creating our very own portrait of ourselves, bumpy bits, & all. You don't need any drawing skills to succeed in this class!
Art is one exciting thing that we will explore together, but you will experience so much more as we dive into evidence-based coaching techniques and mindset questions that will turn your life around
